Aims And Object

To promote and encourage friendly feelings, fraternity, unity and Co-operation among the nursery owners in Delhi in all matters of common interest for their social welfare.
To work for a promotion of nurseries in Delhi .
To secure all the advantages for the social welfare of the members of the association through peaceful means from the government and other agencies.
To work for the better environmental conditions in Delhi and to plant trees, plants etc. in the road sides as well as the other deserted areas, with the help of concerned Government authorities.
To convey new techniques and new methods of nursery business to the new comers in this field.
To organize workshops, seminars, conferences etc. to spread awareness in respect of nursery business and its development.
To distribute plants to school children, resident, welfare associations etc. for plantation.
To arrange & organize flower shows, plant exhibitions etc. in various places for the benefit of the general public.
To guide the members of association regarding the latest policies of the government in respect of nurseries.
To extend all possible legal help in sorting out all the disputes between the employees, and members themselves.
To help in providing facilities and conveniences to the members of the association to arrange meetings, conferences on any subjects for the benefit of its members.
To provide award/Shields to the bet nurseries in Delhi on behalf of the association.
To Procure, publish, issue, & circulate gratuitously and report or periodicals, pamphlets, leaflets or other documents relating to association.
To raise & manage funds, collect donations and carry out activities for the achievement of aims and objects of the association.
To associates and co-ordinate with similar organizations.
To arrange get together picnic and other cultural programmes for the members of the associations and their family members.
To seek necessary support/ assistance from the central/ state governments for the development of nurseries.
To make correspondences in lawful manner to arrange meetings, conferences, seminars with the concerned govt. authorities for the solution of social problems of general public/ nurseries.
To conduct research and development for the creation of new plants and seeds.
To manage, sell, transfer, pledge, dispose of or deal with moveable and immoveable properties of the society keeping in the view the aims and objects of the society.
To provide necessary assistance to the members of the association in their difficulties.
To perform all such acts as may be necessary for the achievements and accomplishments of the above mentioned aims and objects and allied social activities and services.

All the incomes, earnings, moveable, immoveable properties of the society shall be solely utilized and applied towards the promotion of its aims and objects only as set forth in the memorandum of associations and no profit on thereof shall be paid or transferred directly or indirectly by way of dividends, bonus, profits or n any manner what so ever to the present or past members of the society or to any person claiming through any one or more of the present or the past members. No member of the society shall have any personal claim on any movable or immovable properties of the society or make any profits. What so ever by virtue of this membership.
